Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of 6 elected members and 1 member position is held by the TDL Developer or representative.  Elected member terms are 3 years in length.  Elections are held annually by a ballot process in November.  The newly composed board begins January 1 of each year.  The board members vote amongst themselves to elect the member seats, President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
