SOPHIE'S DOG PARK
The park offers residents and their canine friends a gathering place to play, run and stay fit. The park provides plenty of running space and seating. The area is fully fenced with sections for large dogs and small dogs. Usage is available to all residents and their registered canine. Registration at the Association Office is free with an updated rabies shot verification. Open 24/7 with key code access. The access code is changed yearly and access granted yearly based on registration.
ANIMAL CONTROL: All dogs must be registered at the association office with proof of current rabies vaccination. The annual tags will be available after March 15th and can be picked up when paying Dues and assessments. There is a limit of three (3) pets per residence. All dogs must be controlled by the owner at all times and not allowed to run loose or they will be impounded by the TDL Animal Control. There is a $50 recovery charge to get your dog out of the pound.
