Lakes, Beaches and River Front
Fishing and Ski Boats: All boats must have a current state registration and a TDL registration (must be registered in land owner’s name). On the ski lakes, there is a speed limit of 30 mph and any motor noise over 86 decibels is prohibited. There is no horsepower limit on the ski lakes. Smaller lakes allow paddle boats and electric trolling motors. Lac Carmel has a 10 horsepower limit on lake. Check with the association for proper paperwork to bring for tags.

Members can enjoy half court basketball, perform body weight resistant machine exercises and 3 tier pull up station.
Play a game of baseball or just practice batting. Organize a friendly game of volleyball. Lots of activities!

The
Sophie's Dog Park
The park offers residents and their canine friends a gathering place to play, run and stay fit. The park provides plenty of running space and seating. The area is fully fenced with sections for large dogs and small dogs. Bags are provided for clean up. Usage is available to all residents and their registered canine. Registration at the Association office is free with an updated rabies shot verification. Open 24/7 with key code access. The access code is changed yearly and access granted yearly based on registration.
Animal Control: All dogs must be registered at the association office with proof of current rabies vaccination. The annual tags will be available after March 15th and can be picked up when paying Dues and assessments. There is a limit of three (3) pets per residence. All dogs must be controlled by the owner at all times and not allowed to run loose or they will be impounded by the TDL animal control. Contact the association or police if you have lost your dog. There is a $50 recovery charge to get your dog out of the pound.
